Warranty Information
All of our product warranties are handled by the manufacturers directly. We do not handle any returns or replacements. There are no returns on opened products, needles, inks, piercing tools and implements, body jewelry or adult / sex toys. All purchases are final, so please be certain before paying. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you receive the wrong product, it will be replaced with the correct item, unless you have opened the products packaging.
