All products are shipped within 2-4 business days of your order. (Monday - Friday). Arrival times depend on the shipping method that you choose. We cannot be held responsible for packages arriving late due to errors on the part of the chosen shipper. All packages require an adult signature on delivery. Please inspect your purchases upon delivery, to check for possible damage occurring during shipment, in which case, you are encouraged to contact the manufacturer for return instructions, for we do not handle refunds or replacements. Therefore all shipping cost are your responsibility.  We are not responsible for shipping costs and will not pay or reimburse for shipping under any circumstances.

Returns: All sales are final unless you received the wrong item, or an item proves to be in non-working condition, in which case you are asked to contact us FIRST. Due to the nature of many of the products that we carry, such as piercings, needles and inks, some products are not returnable period. These items are clearly marked as non-returnable in our store. Many of our products carry individual warranty's and are marked as such. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON INKS OR BODY JEWELRY.

A restocking fee of 30% will be charged on opened and used items unless defective. A restocking fee of 25% will be charged on defective products, when buyer is not wanting a replacement from the manufacturers.
